It all started with an 11-year-old girl from Berkeley, CA, eager to learn braiding. By 13, I was styling other people's hair, but didn't pursue it until much later. In 2021, I quit my job and began offering services to the Oakland community. I've been making clients beautiful without manipulating their natural texture ever since.
